On your first visit to PhysioM please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment so that you can fill in a registration form.
If for any reason you are running late for an appointment, please call us to let us know. Our cancellation policy is 24 hours notice, so if you are unable to make your appointment please call or email the day before to avoid incurring any cancellation charges.
Paying for treatment
Payment for each treatment is required at the end of each session. However, you can pay for treatment in advance if you wish to save time or on behalf of someone else (i.e. a child). We accept cash and credit or debit cards.
Claiming through health insurance?
If you will be claiming treatment costs through health insurance, you will usually need to be referred by your GP or consultant. Please contact your insurance provider prior to starting treatment to check if you need to get a claim form and coverage details for your policy, as each policy is different.
PhysioM cannot be held responsible for any non payment of claims.
